At Modus, we sometimes work with partners and other organizations to help us deliver the programs and services you request. This may include other member firms of our global organization, Modus. In some cases, we may need to share your information with these entities. When we do, we only provide them with the information they need to perform their job.

How we protect your information:

We protect your information from unauthorized access and use with appropriate safeguards and security measures. We keep your information as long as needed, or as long as required by law. After that, it is destroyed, erased or made anonymous. Modus employees are aware of our commitment and uphold it; it’s their job. We seek the same commitment from our partners and others with whom we share information.

We respect your choices:

It’s up to you whether we can use your information. You generally give us your consent when you request our programs and services. And you have the power to withdraw your consent at any time — simply contact us and let us know. This may end some programs and services you receive from us.
